Socks is one of my favourite things to knit. Sometimes I enjoy a leisurely basic stockinette stitch sock with a nice hand paint or self-patterning yarn. The "no purl" version is also extremely popular. And it is exactly what it sounds, knit the pattern as written except convert all purl stitches to knit stitches.

We have fallen in love with several of them but our first choice was Conic; a beautiful shrug perfect for the summer. Gabriela has knit one up in Misti Alpaca sock yarn.
